For grand pianos, specialized freight delivery may apply, and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.

  • Return Shipping: Nuvorelia LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
